Brötchen

Rezept: (reicht für ca. 20 Brötchen)

1 kg Mehl
20 g Malz
20 g Salz
550 g Wasser
1/2 Würfel Germ

Alles zu einem Germteig verarbeiten und danach 20 min. rasten lassen. Kugeln schleifen und mit der Naht nach oben auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Backblech legen. Mit Wasser besprühen.
200 Grad, Heißluft, ca. 20 min. backen!

    I know this if off topic but I'm looking into starting my own weblog and was wondering what all is needed to get set up? I'm assuming having a blog like yours would cost a pretty penny?
