Müsliriegel

Zutaten

100g Butter

150 g Honig

1/2 TL Salz

125 g Haferflocken

125 g Dinkelflocken

50 g Kokosett

50 g Sonnenblumenkerne

25 g Sesam

25 g gemahlene Haselnüsse

 

Butter in einem weiten Topf erwärmen und die übrigen Zutaten dazu mischen.

 

Ein Backblech mit Backpapier vorbereiten und die Masse auf das halbe Blech verteilen.

 

Ober- /Unterhitze, 150° Grad, 35 min. backen.

!! Nach 10 Minuten der Backzeit die Riegel mit einer Teigkarte vorstanzen!!

!! Müsliriegel erst nach dem Erkalten endgültig auseinander schneiden!!

    I do not know if it's just me or if perhaps everybody else encountering issues with your website. It appears as though some of the text in your posts are running off the screen.
