Karottenbrot

Zutaten:

 

500 g Dinkelvollkornmehl

200 ml Wasser

125 g Naturjoghurt

1/2 Würfel Germ

40 g Honig

10 g Salz

35 g Butter

200 g geraspelte Karotten

80 g Sonnenblumenkerne

 

Zubereitung:

Alle Zutaten zu einem Teig verarbeiten und 1 Stunde rasten lassen. Einen Laib formen, auf ein mit Backpapier belegtes Blech legen. Mit Wasser besprühen und mit Mehl bestauben.

 

Bei Heißluft 225° C etwa 10 Minuten backen, danach die Temperatur auf 175° C reduzieren und 25 Minuten fertig backen.
