Zutaten (für 1 Laib)

500 g Weizenvollkornmehl

200 ml Wasser

125 g Naturjoghurt

1/2 Würfel Germ

40 g Honig

10 g Salz

35 g Butter

200 g geraspelten Kürbis

80 g Sonnenblumenkerne


Alle Zutaten zu einem Teig verarbeiten und 1 Std. rasten lassen.

Einen Laib formen, auf ein mit Backpapier belegtes Blech legen. Mit Wasser besprühen und mit Sonnenblumenkernen bestreuen.

Heißluft, 225° Grad, 10 min. danach -> 175° Grad, 25 min.
