Karottenbrot

Zutaten (für 1 Laib):

  • 500 g Dinkelvollkornmehl
  • 200 ml Wasser
  • 125 g Naturjoghurt
  • 1/2 Würfel Germ
  • 40 g Honig
  • 10 g Salz
  • 35 g Butter
  • 200 g geraspelte Karotten
  • 80 g Sonnenblumenkerne

 

Zubereitung:

 

Alle Zutaten zu einem Teig verarbeiten und 1 Stunde rasten lassen.

Einen Laib formen, auf ein mit Backpapier belegtes Blech legen. Mit Wasser besprühen und mit Mehl bestauben.

 

Bei Heißluft 225° C etwa 10 Minuten backen, danach die Temperatur auf 175° C reduzieren und 25 Minuten fertig backen.
