Buttermilchweckerl

Zutaten:

500 g Weizenmehl

2 TL Salz

1/2 Würfel Germ

1 TL Zucker

375 ml Buttermilch

 

Zubereitung:

Alle Zutaten zu einem Germteig verarbeiten.

1/2 Std. rasten lassen.

Kugeln schleifen, mit Wasser besprühen und in einer Mohn/Sesam-Mischung wälzen.

 

Heißluft, 200° Grad, ca. 20 min. backen.

    KOMPLIMENT.
    Sind bei dem Rezept Buttermilchweckerl 2 TL Salz nicht zuviel, bei 500 g Mehl?

    Everything posted made a bunch of sense. But, think on this, suppose you added a little content? I mean, I don't want to tell you how to run your blog, but what if you added a headline that makes people desire more? I mean %BLOG_TITLE% is kinda boring. You could glance at Yahoo's home page and see how they create news headlines to grab viewers interested. You might add a related video or a related pic or two to grab readers interested about what you've written. Just my opinion, it would bring your blog a little bit more interesting.
